Inspired by a personal experience, Laura Creamer, Principal Agent at BCI, brought forth an idea that filled a desperate need in the community. Laura took the initiative to delve into the Medicare program to find ways to improve her relative's quality of life. Through this experience and an incredible amount of hard work, Blue Compass Insurance was born.

During her extensive research into Medicare, Medicaid, and the ACA, Laura connected with a VP in Licensing and Commissions at Physicians Mutual, who provided invaluable guidance in navigating the Medicare industry. This year-and-a-half-long journey highlighted the need for Medicare education and support services within our local community.
